Western Kentucky offered excellent graduate educational opportunities...also had some amazing research programs. My area of interest was in Public Health dealing with community and health aspects at grass root level. These modules were offered at Kentucky. I liked the prog a lot, If any student wishes to specialize in Public Health, Kentucky should be on their 'must apply' list.
I'll advise students to read up a lot about the course and the university. Like, I remember my VO was probably a Science grad 'coz she asked me about integumantary system, islets of langerhans and what not. Ultimately we need the visa...might as well go prepared !
I got a partial fee waiver, the rest of the money was paid by my parents.
There is a placement cell at the university where one can register to get jobs.
